Catering Kitchen Build-Out
Currently in Progress: We are transforming an existing structure into a fully functional commercial catering and food preparation facility, adapting the space to accommodate the operational, workflow, and infrastructure requirements of a professional food service environment.
We are serving as the carpentry contractor for Stone Mad on this commercial build-out, working in coordination with the project's general contractor.
Our work to date has included replacing existing wood doors with commercial-grade steel doors, gutting the interior back to the original brick walls and structural joists, and installing a new structural steel post and beam. We have also completed the metal-stud framing for the new kitchen layout, including the associated soffits and mechanical chases.
To support the project, we have coordinated our own roofing and siding crews, while the general contractor is managing the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades.
