A comprehensive demolition exposing the rough framing and structural members to accommodate all new mechanical rough-in work. Redesigned entire lighting and power supply scheme. Relocated existing gas line and increased size. Relocated H.V.A.C. supply vents to a more effective location. Installed insulation, drywall and finishing. Performed all rough and finish carpentry.
